SKILLS DEVELOPMENT COMPETITION - SUCCESS WITH HAAST 2024

On the morning of May 7th, 2024, Haast Vietnam organized a skills improvement competition – one of the activities in the week celebrating the 5th anniversary of Haast Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. (May 13th, 2019 - May 13th, 2024).

The skills competition is divided into two parts: GATE CUTTING and ASSEMBLY. For the GATE CUTTING part, each contestant must cut 26 gate pieces and visually inspect the finished product. Afterward, they must seal and package the finished product into one 6-inch box containing two stacks, each stack with 13 pieces. The boxes must be sealed neatly and according to regulations.

In the Furrion fan assembly competition, each contestant must completely assemble a fan model consisting of 11 steps within a maximum time of 15 minutes. All steps and components must be assembled correctly and completely within the specified time.

After two rounds of competition, the organizing committee selected and awarded prizes to the most outstanding contestants. The skills enhancement competition was successfully held, contributing to improving the solidarity, sense of responsibility, and professional skills of Haast Vietnam employees.
